    Contrology is defined by Joseph Hubertus Pilates himself as “complete coordination of the body, mind, and spirit”. This is the original name Joseph Pilates called his method which “develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit”. It is rewarding to watch my clients begin their Pilates sessions to change their bodies or recover from an injury and achieve so much more when they discover what Pilates REALLY is!
